About Our Foundation
Inspired by a seeing the disabled and elderly struggle with copays and at home care, Charities Pooled Trust was established in Buffalo, NY to help. We are dedicated to become one of the most trusted and effective non-profit organizations, working hard to improve the lives of those in need.

SNT Trustee
One of our main causes here at Charities Pooled Trust is acting as Trustee for your special needs trust. SNTs exist to enhance the quality of life of the person with disabilities through trust disbursements that supplement government benefits.
Medicaid and Government Assistance
One of the main reasons Charities Pooled Trust was founded was to also aid and assist in not only establishing the special needs trust, but to also help gain benefits in MANY other missed areas such as assistance with transportation, food deliveries, participation in group activities and social day centers, and much more!
